Every year on January 1st, like clockwork, we make our New Year’s Resolutions. Do you do the same?

Wow. What a year.

2018 was our most adventurous and exciting and hard and and challenging and busy year yet. And you know what? We enjoyed every minute of it. The good, the bad, the REALLY bad, the trips and the days at home.

We’ve been having unusually cold weather here in Southeast Tennessee, so we wanted to make something for dinner that would be seasonally appropriate and also warm us up a bit.
