Yesterday we went out to the river land, and even though it still feels like summer, it was 86 degrees (which is a respite from the 93 degrees it‘s been every day for the past four months), the wind was blowing, and the water wasn’t AS cold as it normally is…

Today is the first official day of fall, and even though it’s in the 90’s today, nothing gets us more excited than the prospect of a new season, and especially when that season is fall.

It was brief, but it sure was beautiful. We spent a little less than 24 hours in Barcelona, Spain two weeks ago and all we can say is that we wish we were there just a little longer because wow. What a gorgeous and eclectic city!
