It was a cold and rainy January day, and it seemed like the perfect day to go to the estate sale of one of our favorite houses in town.

We have adored Lauren Liess for years, both personally and professionally, so when we saw she had a new rug collection with RugsUSA coming out, we were so incredibly excited for her and eager to see what the rugs would look like!!

And just like that…it looks so much better.

Getaway House is finally finished after around nine months of working on it from start to finish! But the color we chose for the exterior has been even longer in the making.
