An Easy And Delicious Ninja Slushi Frosé Recipe
Frosé at the beach just makes sense. We’ve been trying to perfect this recipe for a while and finally came up with the exact measurements that make this the tastiest frosé we’ve ever had. We sipped on these all week during our big family beach vacation and they were a hit! They were the perfect cool companion to combat the summer heat.
This easy Ninja Slushi Frosé recipe transforms a bottle of Avaline Rosé and frozen strawberries into the ultimate frozen summer cocktail. Smooth, refreshing, and perfectly slushy, it's the kind of drink that makes any backyard happy hour feel like a vacation.
The Ninja Slushi machine (which is so versatile and easy to use) does all the heavy lifting, creating a smooth, restaurant-quality texture that would cost a small fortune at a trendy wine bar. As a bonus, the strawberries give the drink its naturally gorgeous pink color, making it just as pretty to serve as it is delicious to sip.
We made this recipe using Avaline Rosé, our favorite kind of rosé, and which has bright berry notes and a crisp finish that works beautifully in frozen cocktails. The result is refreshing, fruity, and not overly sweet.
Here’s how you make it:
Ingredients
For 4-6 Servings
1 (16 oz) bag frozen strawberries
¾ cup caster (superfine) sugar
1 bottle Avaline Rosé, chilled
1⅓ cups additional Avaline Rosé
Instructions
Macerate the Strawberries. Place the strawberries in a large bowl and sprinkle with the caster sugar. Stir well and let sit for 15 to 20 minutes. The strawberries will begin releasing their juices, creating a sweet strawberry syrup that gives the frosé its vibrant flavor.
Blend. Transfer the strawberries and all accumulated juices to a blender. Add the chilled Avaline Rosé and blend until completely smooth.
Pour Into Ninja Slushi. Pour the chilled mixture into your Ninja Slushi machine and select the Spiked Slush setting.
Freeze. Allow it to process until thick and slushy, about 20 to 30 minutes.
Serve. Dispense into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired.
Enjoy!!!
