The First Signs of Fall

Was it 96 degrees today? Yes. Did it feel like the heat was crushing down on your shoulders the moment you stepped outside? Also yes. But were there fall decorations out at TJ Maxx to brighten up your soul in this hellish landscape? Absolutely!

I can’t explain the feeling I get when I see fall decor like this for the first time every season. It’s like a little glimmer of light at the end of a long, hot tunnel. I took my time today smelling all the fall candles and looking at the orange and white throws that we don’t need but caught my eye anyway. You already know that once the leaves start changing and the weather starts getting even a little bit cooler, this turns into a blog strictly dedicated to the pleasures of fall. This year, I am happy to say, will be no different.
