Because is there truly anything better? The mix was sent to us by a sweet follower (thank you, Jere!) and we’ve been meaning to use it for weeks now, and after a few busy weekends where we didn’t have the time, we’re happy to report they were well worth the wait! Not only were they delicious, they were extremely simple to make, and can you really ask for more in a breakfast on a Sunday morning when the last think you feel like doing is cooking first thing?
We had some French cooking music playing while the kiddos ran around with their toys and watched The Incredibles. We got up early from being at the land and decided Pancakes sounded good after watching Kate Walsh woof some down on the second season of The Umbrella Academy the other night. Which, by the way, is so good (on par with the first season) and we don’t want it to end. We only have a few more episodes left until we’re finished with this season. Have you seen it?
