Dear friends,
Today is the day!
A lot seems to be going on today. Last night, Nashville was hit with devastating tornadoes that resulted in multiple deaths. Our hearts our broken for those affected by the storms and who lost loved ones. We can’t imagine how scary and life changing a natural disaster like that is. We had some tornadoes hit our town in 2011 that did horrible damage to parts of our city, and some places are still rebuilding, so it’s heartbreaking to see something even worse happen to such a beautiful and vibrant city like Nashville.

In other news, today is Super Tuesday! Have you already voted? We just got back from voting and it felt so good to exercise our right as Americans to vote for someone we believe in (or at least for someone who we think will do a better job in office). It was pouring down rain this morning, with dark and cloudy skies casting shadows through the windows in our house, but as of right now it’s 70 degrees and sunny, and we’ve had the windows open all afternoon, so even if the way we voted today doesn’t give us the results we were hoping for, it feels it’s turning into a good day regardless.
Hope you have a good one, friends!
Sincerely,
Two guys who are proud to have pushed that red "cast ballot” button today.
