A few weeks ago, when we first started self-isolating and were very into baking, we made these easy and yummy cinnamon muffins for the kiddos who gobbled them up in seconds. We forgot to share the recipe we found back then, so here we are!

For the first two weeks of quarantining, the thought of baking sounded so fun to us. It was still slightly cold outside and the idea of baking warm and delicious goods touched us on a deeply cozy level. Remember the oatmeal cookies we made? After those were at hit at home, we set our eyes on making something with the some of the ingredients we had a lot of, and for some reason we both separately bought different containers of cinnamon, so we settled on cinnamon muffins because muffins = always a good idea.

They were extremely easy to make, and we got this recipe from Food.com below. Here’s what you’re going to need…

We hope you enjoy them as much as we did, and that you’re staying safe and sound. Happy baking, friends :).
